What's Liz Nichols up to this month? Storytelling? Laughter Yoga? Kids & Family Yoga?

Dear <<First Name>>,

This Sunday October 8th @ 11am -
get ready for Halloween with silly,
(not really) scary family yoga!

Hello yogis and yoginis big and small.  I hope the school year is off to a good start. Happy Harvest Moon! Is that a witch flying on a broomstick? Or the Man in the Moon? Or do you know the Buddhist story of the Rabbit in the Moon?

I'm excited to announce that I am now partnering with Pearachute, a new company making the best kids’ classes and activities in the Bay Area available through an online monthly membership (or various “FlexPack” options). This helps parents, by allowing their kids to drop-in and try new activities, and helps teachers like me find new families and fill class spots. My family yoga class this Sunday is now "up" on their schedule. They’re offering some great introductory deals, so check them out here.

I'm still offering drop ins and 4-class packages. So whatever way is easiest for you, please do come, and THANKS for helping me spread the word.

Namaste,
Liz
