Roulette TV: Henry Threadgill

Pulitzer Prize-winning composer and saxophonist Henry Threadgill performs All The Way Light Touch, a Roulette commission, in this episode from 2010. The performance is followed by an interview in which Threadgill discusses style and technique, the absurd rigidity of studying European Classical music in the 1980s and 1990s, and the challenges and levity of being an artist in New York City.
