5 tips for a New Year’s resolution to smile about
New Year’s resolutions are among the most popular traditions. If you are seeking a practical goal that can improve your health, appearance, and confidence, it may be time to consider resolving to take better care of your oral health. Here are five great ways to enjoy a year of great smiles:
  1. Improve daily hygiene (no skipping the floss, or rushed brushing).
  2. Stop procrastinating and seek treatment for existing dental problems.
  3. Eat a nutritious diet, rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
  4. If you smoke or use other tobacco products, there’s no better time to quit than now.
  5. If you aren’t happy with the appearance of your smile, ask your dentist about cosmetic treatments.

Farewell and Best Wishes ...

To our dental assistant, Jonathan. In the year that he had been with us, we saw him progress and attain
the status of Registered Dental Assistant. His goal has always been to become a dental hygienist,
and so he is leaving us to concentrate on his studies. We will miss his integrity and humbleness,
and his ever willingness to be helpful.
CPR Renewal

As we have done for years, we renewed our Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training today as a team so we can better prepare ourselves for the roles each of us will perform in case the need arises. This renewal incorporated some new changes in techniques and protocols made by the American Heart Association since our last training not the least of which the manikins now come fully dressed. - Leo

Another Farewell ...
We held our farewell dinner at the Cliff House Restaurant for Debbie's last day with us as our dental hygienist for the past 10 years. Wishing her all the best - Leo
