Sunny with a Chance of Veggies 

Sunday's forecast: sunny with a chance of vegetables and greens in the afternoon. Moon Fox Farm will be at the Market with pumpkins, heirloom dried beans, burdock root, as well as Delicata, KabochaBlue Hubbard and Butternut squashes.

Fall vegetable soups are so easy to make. Take squashes, potatoes and/or root vegetables, dice, toss with oil, garlic, salt and pepper then roast in the oven until soft. When ready, put them all in a pot, add broth, cook for 30 minutes and then puree. It is so good for you and so good to eat.

Marcos will be cooking up his world famous paella and 8Fifteen Sandwiches will be with us along with Nature's Express

Sunny days are a natural for the best BBQ this side of Memphis, our local favorite, Fat Daddy's ribs, links and chicken stand. 

Time to resupply on Tom's Granola and Indie Cakes pastries, both returning to the market this Sunday. I am drooling already!
