Shop local: it makes dollars and sense!

Shopping at your Kensington Certified Farmers' Market offers deals that mean more green in your salad bowl and your wallet. And not just your own--buying local is a great economic multiplier! The number of times a single dollar is circulated in a community is higher for family farms than any other business sector.
At our California Certified Farmers' Market you pay for freshness and taste, not packaging, refrigeration and and excess freight. New springtime flavors at the market this week include fresh harvests of artichokes, garlic, kale and potatoes, as well as lamb ready to go on your Easter and Seder tables from Casa Rosa Farms (more...). And if you want more Easter eats, Milkglass Baking (more...) and Indie Cakes (more...) will be offering up traditional hot cross buns.
Susan and Her Lucky Charms join us as Sunday morning's musical treat, playing celtic tunes on the harp, flute, and guitar. And in the afternoon we have Trombonga, a trombone trio playing some unusual pieces.
Stop by and enjoy the market that brings the lands' bounty to your family's table!
