We're celebrating our 6th anniversary as your community market this Sunday and we couldn't be happier. Even better, you get the presents! The first fifty shoppers will receive a free heavy duty cotton shopping bag, and everyone is invited to enter to win (for free!) a special anniversary raffle basket loaded with all kinds of market goodies. Happy Boy Farms
Mixed Summer Squash Sauté

Produce
1 1/2 lb summer squash, diced
3-5 Spring onions, chopped
1 1/2 tbs herbs, chopped (tarragon, basil or thyme)
1-2 tsp. Kosher salt
 
Pantry
1 tbs olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste
 
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat, add onions and saute 2 minutes. Add squash and herbs, cook until lightly brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Flavor Tip:  A clove of chopped garlic can be added to the onions and sauteed for more flavor.
