Think Local First worked with 70+ DC small local businesses, sole proprietors, and those self-employed with direct technical assistance and questions on the PPP Round One application with Congressional Bank in 2020. 50% of the applications were DC BIPOC businesses with an average loan amount of $84k, totaling $5 Million dispersed.
