We've had an eventful start to the year so far. Last week part of our roof became loose in the stormy weather and was hanging dangerously from the side of our building in the centre of Inverness. Within a very short time we had two fire engines on our doorstep and all was brought under control by our fantastic fire service. We hope the rest of the year is calmer. Although we do have a new and exciting development which we will be ready to share with you soon - and it's not just a new roof!

Social Economy Growth Fund
This new fund from the Scottish Government will enable the third sector/social economy to improve and increase services and support for people experiencing poverty and disadvantage. It will help organisations to increase their capacity to support disadvantaged people – for example by expanding existing services and employing additional staff. The Fund is to support organisations with a proven track record of working successfully with individuals and families who experience disadvantage, poverty and social exclusion.
