NoMa Junction @ Storey Park Transformed
Last weekend 55 artists transformed NoMa Junction @ Storey Park, formerly merely an asphalt lot, into the largest piece of outdoor art in Washington, DC. Partner Words, Beats, & Life used more than 200 gallons of paint to create the murals, including 500 cans of spray paint. You can view the art in person at NoMa Summer Screen

NoMa Summer Screen: Free Dance Films

The 8th season of NoMa Summer Screen has returned! This year's theme is “Dance, Dance, Dance,” and features a smorgasbord of dance films, from oldies to Bollywood to cult favorites. In addition, this year’s film series under the stars is held at NoMa Junction @ Storey Park, a future development site at First and L Streets, NE, that has been enlivened with 40,000 SF of murals.
