FOREST PARK PARKWAY CLOSURE
THIS WEEKEND MAY 8 - 10
FRIDAY 8 p.m. - SUNDAY 8 p.m.
Forest Park Parkway at DeBaliviere Ave. will close this weekend May 8 - 10 for demolition of the DeBaliviere bridge. See map for closures details. • Crews will work day and night from 8 p.m. Friday, May 8 through 8 p.m. Sunday, May 10 to demolish the bridge deck. • MetroLink will not operate at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Station this weekend. • MetroLink will transport customers around the affected area by bus. Check www.metrostlouis.org for details. • The DeBaliviere Bridge at DeBaliviere Ave. and Forest Park Parkway will remain closed to traffic through September 2015.
DeBaliviere Avenue Traffic is diverted to the two east lanes of DeBaliviere Ave. for construction of the St. Vincent Greenway expansion and the Loop Trolley tracks. Access to businesses along DeBaliviere Ave. remains open at all times.
University City Roundabout
Construction continues on the permanent roundabout at the Lion Gates in University City.Delmar Blvd. has been redirected to two lanes of two-way traffic south of the existing temporary roundabout.
Motorists and pedestrians should use caution when traveling through or near work zones. Slow down, watch out for construction workers and flaggers, and follow all construction zone signs and restrictions.
