Coming Soon!!

In June, Springbrook was awarded a grant from Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Outdoor Recreation program to help fund the construction of a new multipurpose Pavilion Activity Center (PAC).

The current picnic shelter at the Nature Center is in need of significant repair and has very limited capability.  The City of Fridley has agreed to match the grant and we will also be seeking additional in-kind contributions for the construction. The new PAC will be three-season and feature a classroom, concessions, bathrooms, and rentable space.  Construction is expected to begin this fall.
