eoStar User Forum 2016

Rutherford and Associates will be holding its biennial User Forum and Technology Conference at Frederik Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids, Michigan, from August 16-19.

During the forum, Rutherford and Associates will present customers with its path for the future, as well as leading discussion topics relating to new innovations and increased functionality in eoStar.

In addition to the user sessions, there will also be a welcome dinner at Founders Brewery, the eoStar Awards Dinner, a golf outing at the Macatawa Legends Golf Course, and a tour of Alliance Beverage.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

eoTouch Delivery Testing

Rutherford has moved eoTouch Delivery, the mobile delivery app for iOS devices, into the testing phase. If you are interested in being part of the testing team, contact your Customer Success Manager.

New Database Upgrade Procedure

In order to further enhance database security and data integrity, eoStar will evaluate each database prior to upgrade in order to determine whether or not it is a live database. If the database is identified as live, an upgrade code will be required for customers to initiate the upgrade. This code can be obtained from either your CSM or Rutherford Support. Without the upgrade code, customers will not be able to proceed with the upgrade.
