Crystal Reports Support

Beginning January 1st, 2017, eoStar release versions will no longer support the use of Crystal Reports. For some time, Rutherford has been in the process of completely phasing out the use of Crystal Reports in eoStar to switch eoStar to a 64 bit application.

For eoStar users still using Crystal Reports and needing assistance converting these reports into a supported format, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Rutherford is proud to announce our partnership with Infosys. Infosys is a global leader in technology services and consulting with a global presence of more than 197,000 employees. They will be assisting Rutherford in the implementation process.

New iOS Mobile Printing Solution for eoTouch

The Brother RuggedJet™ 4030Ai mobile printer is now certified for use with eoTouch delivery software and all currently supported eoStar mobile platforms, whether running on iOS or Windows Mobile. The printer’s rugged, wireless design is well-suited for use in eoStar’s route accounting and direct store delivery applications, and because it now connects seamlessly with iOS, it’s great for use with the iPad or other iOS devices in the field. In addition to across-the-board compatibility, the printer provides the versatility and reliability needed to support the rugged demands of the route/delivery environment.

MillerCoors 2.0

Drive 2.0 is a new product ordering platform for MillerCoors distributors that allows for the export of forecast, sales, and inventory in XML format. As Drive 2.0 is deployed across the MillerCoors network of breweries, it will replace the WOQ and Point systems. Drive 2.0 is available in versions 15.12.14 and higher.

New Roles

Thu has been with Rutherford and Associates for over 17 years and previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Support. Thu has been instrumental in many aspects of the company’s growth and continued success.

John has been with Rutherford and Associates for over 18 years. As Director of Implementation, John will oversee project management, data conversion, and implementation.

Junior Business Analyst

Alissa has been with Rutherford and Associates for over 2 years and previously worked in support as an Application Support Analyst. Alissa's new role will involve assisting in the analysis and definition of customer goals and requirements.
