IE Security Adjustment
Due to the recent integration of Google Maps with the eoStar delivery dispatch application, it may be necessary for the system administrator to add wiki-eoStar.com as a trusted site to Internet Explorer on the terminal server.

Drive 2.0
Drive 2.0 is a new product ordering platform for MillerCoors distributors. Currently in production at the Shenandoah Brewery, Drive 2.0 allows for the export of forecast, sales, and inventory in XML format. As Drive 2.0 is deployed across the MillerCoors network of breweries, it will replace the WOQ and Point systems. Drive 2.0 is available in versions 15.12.14 and higher.

Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you need additional information on the MillerCoors Plugin for Drive 2.0.
Role Changes
Rutherford Account Managers are now known as Customer Success Managers. This title better defines the role they assume within the Rutherford organization. The Customer Success Manager's job is to oversee and manage ongoing customer relationships in order to maximize the value they receive using our products.

The Rutherford Customer Success Managers are:
  • Jill Streur - Team Leader
  • Alicia Himmelspach - CSM
  • Jake Jacobs - CSM
New Upgrade Process
The upgrade process for eoStar has been updated for the 2015 release. Of particular interest is the fact that users no longer have to rebuild the entire ION cache during an upgrade.

Webinar Videos
The recent eoStar webinar series concerning the latest release version of eoStar is being produced as a series of videos. These videos will be available for viewing on wiki-eoStar.com.
Training Request Form
The Training Request Form is a new option available to customers in need of training. Upon submission of the form, the request is assigned to the appropriate Customer Success Manager and the specific training needs are discussed.

Save the date. Rutherford and Associates will be holding its biennial User Forum and Technology Conference at Frederik Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids, Michigan, August 16th through the 19th.

The eoStar User Forum provides customers with seminars, training, and an opportunity to discuss eoStar with Rutherford associates as well as other users.
