Eurodesk Awards 2017 Project Catalogue

Have a look into all the participant projects in the 6th edition of the Eurodesk Awards! In 2017, we received a record number of projects (34) from a record number of countries (11). All partners of Eurodesk (multipliers) who are maintaining a day-to-day relation with young people from across Europe were invited to submit their mobility projects in 3 main categories: Mobility Awareness, Active Citizenship and Solidarity Action. There was one additional prize for which all projects competed: The Eurodesk Network Prize. These awards celebrate the day-to-day work of Eurodesk’s local multipliers, who are helping young people discover and seize the numerous opportunities Europe has to offer.

The European Parliament and the expectation of European citizens

According to the Eurobarometer Survey conducted in March, Europeans are deeply worried by the latest global geopolitical developments. In the face of these uncertainties, most of them are in favour of a common EU approach to addressing them. Europeans are, more than in the past, interested in European politics and the feeling that their voices count at EU level is on the rise, although it has not reached a clear majority.
