Dear Team,

As we just ended “the love month” of February let’s not leave love behind us.

Ephesians 5
Be thee therefore followers of God, as dear children; 2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savour.

I once read a small quote in readers digest written by Jerry Seinfeld. It stated to fall in love with your surroundings. Many of us wait until we arrive at our so called destination to love out loud. We are called as believers to walk in Christ Love daily. I encourage you to fall in love right where your at, fall in love with your creator 1st and foremost, your family, friends, homes, neighborhood, work, church, even the dreadful everyday chores. This does not mean you turn a blind eye to sin or walk in denial yet it is in invitation to develop a happy heart of gratitude. In the midst of a world filled with so much injustice can we dare to counter it by walking in Love? Love is not just a fuzzy warm feeling it is work, it is challenging at times and not always the easiest to walk in- yet with Christ’s help we can tap into His everlasting love supply and start experiencing everything He has in store. He loves you so much regardless of your past, present, failures or shortcomings nothing scares Him and His resources are far greater than any circumstance.

We have a need for someone to walk alongside one of our young Foster Youth.  JV is 18 years old, he recently was released from the hospital after spending 3 months there due to cancer.  JV has 2 chemo therapy sessions left at CHOC.  He is in need of a kind heart and helping hands to take him to and from his treatments, if you or anyone you know can help our contact info is below.  Please lift JV up in prayer- we are standing in faith believing for a miracle in his physical body, for the warmth of Christ's love to surround him and for a family to rally around him.
Our Next event is BRAVE on April 27,2018
