In another busy month in which summertime finally arrived in the UK we have been shooting geese (photographically) in Buckinghamshire, giving each other the finger in Hampstead and losing our shirts in Kent, all in the name of art. We have been working with both new and beloved established clients in our familiar territory of design-for-music, as well as exploring some mysterious new areas. But more of that in the coming months; toppermost in our minds of late has been the preparations for the release of...

Storm's Magnum Opus - his last hurrah.
He wrote and compiled this book over the last year of his life and was still writing it at Christmas - he saw a finished copy a few days before he died. It spans his entire career in album cover design from the 1960s and his days with Hipgnosis, through the intervening decades and it finishes with images we made together this year.
Due to be released in October, it is a luscious hardback book, 256 pages thick and is available in three editions: Hardback, Collector's and Deluxe.
See below for full details and pre-order links.

HARDBACK: The book alone. The first 50 copies will be signed by Peter, Dan and Rupert at the Studios. Pre-order HERE.
COLLECTOR'S: Limited to 125 copies this includes the signed book with a collector's box of 12 roughs (early draft sketches of cover designs) carefully printed onto A5 heavyweight card. Pre-order HERE
DELUXE: This very limited edition of just 20 comes with both the signed book and the box set of roughs and a deluxe fine art print
of the Liquid Dark Side image from the front cover of the book, replete with special glazes and embossing. Pre-order HERE.
This is the first image and logo that we have created for Hertfordshire-based band, Korda Marshall. Produced to accompany their single, 'Memories' we donned space suits and headed for the stars, or in this case fairy lights - which the band told us feature quite heavily in their live shows - each light representing a memory.

We're also just finishing off work on the cover and package of 'New Horizon', the fourth album by very loud Northern Irish rocksters The Answer. The cover was created with the participation of several highly trained racing pigeons and some unusual headgear and all will be revealed shortly.
That's pretty much it for this month.  We're off on some more photographic adventures, the results of which will be winging their way to Newsletter HQ in the coming months - catch that pigeon now!  But before we go, answer the following question to be in with a chance of winning a signed copy of The Gathering Storm, four to be given away in total:
