Staying Alive

Did you see the great video clip of Vinnie Jones demonstrating CPR with the British Heart Foundation? We loved it.

So, if you were to come across a road accident, or have a friend or relative collapse in front of you, following Vinnie's advice could save their life. However, the Gold standard and laid down by the British Heart Foundation would always recommend mouth to mouth and chest compressions. Don't forget:
  • Phone 999
  • Administer CPR
  • Don't stop until the paramedics arrive

And finally...

This is the second in our new series of monthly updates. We hope you enjoy reading this and future issues covering such topics as:
  • Industry news & views
  • Advice on keeping up with compliance
  • First Aid articles and How Tos
  • Last minute course availability
Alternatively, you might be interested in our blog. Our New Year post talks about the problems associated with alcohol abuse and recognising hypoglycemia
