Winter Commencement Coverage
The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point hosted its winter commencement ceremony on Dec. 19 as Chancellor Bernie Patterson conferred degrees to 704 graduates, including 220 students from the College of Professional Studies, at the ceremony in the Health Enhancement Center.
ROTC program selected top in 3rd Brigade
Competing against 42 programs stretching from Northern Michigan to Southern Missouri, the Northwoods Battalion was awarded the 2015 Overall Top Program by the 3rd Army ROTC Brigade on Nov. 19. It is the first time in history that the Nortwoods Battalion, which is comprised of the Army ROTC programs from UW-Stout, UW-Eau Claire, UW-River Falls and UW-Stevens Point, won the award. Cadets chosen for active duty
Five senior cadets from the UW-Stevens Point ROTC program were chosen from a national pool to serve as new active duty lieutenants: Isaac Bandfield, Alec Foster, Nicholas Lemke, Christopher Salm and Bryton Vanderloop. They will begin their service following their May 2016 graduation. Read More

Registration Open for Reeder's Ruck - April 30
The Ranger Club and the ROTC program at UW-Stevens Point will host the second annual Reeder's Ruck on April 30. Reeder's Ruck is an 8-mile ruck march/walk in order to raise funds in support of the Alex Reeder Memorial Scholarship Endowment. Like Reeder's Ruck on Facebook | Register Now!
