Happy New Year!!!

I hope your year is starting off in good fashion. I am beginning what I hope to be successful email communications with you. I have worked hard over the last couple months to create this newsletter format. I plan to send out useful tips and interesting information about Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and your health. If all goes well, it should be fun to read and help you learn ways to feel better in 2011.

What's Ahead?

The new year has begun and I have made a resolution to exercise more. I didn't keep a record of what I did last year, but I know I can do better. I know if I exercise, my body feels better. I sleep better, digest better, my weight stays closer to where I want it, and when everything is working, I feel better. 
I used to tell my patients what to do to feel better. I used to tell them to exercise, eat less sugar, don't eat fast foods, drink room temperature water and not icy drinks, rest, and on and on. I now know that almost everyone knows what the right thing to do is. We all know what we can do to feel better. Some things are easier than others. And some things are very simple, like choosing a piece of fruit over a Danish, a cookie, or a donut. I'm planning to exercise more. What are you planning to do? Write me back and let me know at
