Our St. Patrick's Day Bacon Competition

The winner, Paul Hurst from Banagher, photographed above with his 2 beautiful daughters.  Paul's Bacon & Cabbage soup was chosen by Barry, our independent chef, as the winner.  The soup is delicious - check out the recipe.

Well done Paul.  And thank you to Barry of Harte's Bar & Grill for agreeing to judge.

The One Million Trees in a Day campaign had to be deferred from end of March because of the 'ash die back' so it will now take place on Saturday, 27th April.

We have some volunteers, but more are needed!  We promise some fun and good food :) Volunteer here.

Piglets (Bonhams) for sale

We have just weaned bonhams/piglets for sale.  They are just 3 months old, outdoor and hardy.  You just know you'd love him!

Cost €170 for two, or €90 each.  You must have a herd number! :)
