Serving with the Alumni
Board of Directors

There are many ways to serve with Parker; however, the best way to serve those who serve is to participate on the Alumni Board of Directors. Participating on the board gives you direct insight into Parker University, a chance to work with fellow alumni, and the opportunity to make a real difference in Parker's mission. New board members begin their terms in September and positions to serve are available annually.

Please contact Donna Wald, director of alumni relations, at dwald@parker.edu for questions or to apply.

Nominate a Chiropractic
Superstar Today!

Each year the Parker University Alumni Association acknowledges a few of the heroes and noteworthy people who have made a difference in chiropractic. We strongly encourage all chiropractors, chiropractic assistants, staff, patients, or supporters of chiropractic care to submit names for consideration. Some awards are exclusive to graduates of Parker University.

Scholarship Luncheon, Winter 2016

In recognition of the Academic Achievement and Presidential Scholarship Award winners, the Office of the Provost was privileged to host 23 new students for the winter tri scholarship luncheon. These stellar students are the latest torchbearers for the Parker legacy of service in health care. Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement and help to ensure Parker’s incoming students are the best and the brightest. We look forward to honoring more winners in future classes.

Chiro Games Wall of Honor

The Chiro Games Wall of Honor is located in the Standard Process Student Activity Center and recognizes the record-breaking accomplishments of Parker students at the annual Chiro Games. Constructed in 2013 through a donation by Dr. Michael Hall DC '90, the wall highlights the years Parker University has claimed the overall team championship at the 12-sport, 16-school national championships. In the 25-year history of the Chiro Games, Parker University has claimed a record 13 overall team championships, including eight titles in the past 11 years.

Good Neighbor Program with
Tom Thumb and Randalls

The grocers at Tom Thumb and Randalls have included Parker University in a community partnership program called Good Neighbors. Anyone with a membership card from these stores can participate and your purchase counts toward a donation to Parker.

Please go to tomthumb.com, and register your reward card with the Good Neighbor program.

Use code 5046 for Parker University.

Tom Thumb and Randalls will then send Parker donations based on your purchases (and the purchases of everyone else who registers their card with our number).

If you shop at these stores frequently, it’s an easy – and free – way to know you are helping Parker University continue to serve the cause of health care.

Mitchell Hadley’s Book

Parker’s very own Mitchell Hadley published his first book, The Collaborator. This disturbing new novel takes readers from the backstage politics of the Vatican to the world of dictators and rebels, and is sure to stir controversy on both sides of the debate. For more information or to purchase the book, visit Mitchell Hadley.com.
