December 31 - January 1: Closed

December 29: No Sunday School (Worship at 10:25 am)

January 5: Children's and Youth Sunday School classes resume and combined adult class in the Fellowship Hall

January 12, 19, 26: Adults' classes combine in the Fellowship Hall to study Hospitality and the Open Door with Pastor Tree Triolo. During the month of January, we will focus as a church on the subject of hospitality in community groups, Bible studies, Sunday School classes, and our sermon series. And in February, we revisit the theme of the Open Door during our annual Mission Conference, February 7-9

As the end of the year approaches, Pastor Wade has some recommendations as you plan your personal devotion time for 2020. The Robert Murray M'Cheyne reading plan (here in PDF form for use as a print-out) takes you through the entire Bible once and the Psalms and the New Testament twice. The English Standard Version website has published several different reading plans ranging from 24 to 365 days.

If you're looking for a book to read in the New Year, Pastor Wade recommends The Common Rule: Habits of Purpose in an Age of Distraction by Justin Earley. The book is immensely practical as we consider Christian living in such a fast-paced digital age.
We are thankful for God's gracious provision for us as a church throughout 2019. Please prayerfully consider helping WPC end this fiscal year on a strong note. Thank you for your generous support fo the church and her mission (Acts 1:8).
