Tomorrow evening we will be hosting an Italian Dinner for the Senior Saints at WPC. We will be accepting any donations that will be dispersed towards summer camps.
Below you will see the list of teams that Linda Madden and I have created for the evening. For the sake of clarity I only included students that will be attending summer trips.
I know several students who aren’t going that still wanted to assist and I will place them on a team upon arrival. I also know that not everyone may make it so we will be flexible! If your name is on this list and you can’t make it no worries!
I will order some pizzas so they won’t go hungry!
Please plan to arrive by 5:15pm for instructions from Linda and myself. Please wear a white shirt or polo with black bottoms. (If you don’t have that do the best you can!) We want it to feel like a restaurant as we serve.
Please remind your students that this is a service night and not a normal youth event. We have plenty of opportunities to goof off and have fun, but this evening is not one of them. That is not to say that we won’t have fun though! We expect everyone to be mindful and attentive ready to receive instructions.
We will need everyone to pitch in for clean up. And if you want to arrive early to help please reach out to Pastor Tree. The event will end at 7:30pm and we hope to be cleaned up and gone by 8:00pm.
