Laurel's delicate work offers a moment of peacefulness in its simplicity.
Hi <<First Name>>!
How are you this weekend? I hope you’ve been able to enjoy some semi spring moments over the last couple weeks (despite how fleeting they’ve been here in Michigan). I’m very much looking forward to the warmer days we’ll be having this week, and discovering all kinds of new growth soon.
It’s been a while since we released a collection from Laurel Karnecki, and I’m so happy to be sharing these pieces with you. I love the way Laurel balances the beauty of each stone with her seemingly simple settings. I say ‘seemingly’ because it’s actually quite a feat to get all of those tiny little bails soldered onto the setting in perfect positioning. It’s clear that she carefully considers the placement of each silver bail so that the overall pattern compliments the shape of the stone.
Laurel always chooses beautiful and interesting stones for her jewelry. I’m particularly enamored with the pyrite under quartz with its gossamer web of chain floating above it. I’ve never seen anything like the silver obsidian and its subtle shimmer, and this golden rutilated quartz is a particularly lovely one in my opinion. I’m always excited to see which pieces are your favorites!
Of course, if you have any questions or need anything at all, just hit reply. Have a wonderful day!
