Jerry Trubman will be teaching his one-day “Restoring Lost Mobility” workshop on Saturday June 22nd in Tucson, Arizona at his home gym The Protocol Strength & Conditioning. If you are a fitness instructor, or just an everyday athlete looking for simple ways to move your body better without pain, this is the workshop for you!

In this one-day workshop, you will learn…

• How to use breathing to relax the neurological stretch-reflex and find mobility you didn’t even know you had!

• How to use simple joint mobility drills, in place of conventional warmups, to increase mobility without adding any additional training time to your session.

• How to use simple tools to perform myofascial release to un-jam stiff muscles, get out of pain, and increase range of motion; it’s like getting a massage every day!

• Drills, exercises, progressions, and regressions to be able to advance from any starting point.

The ability to move pain-free through normal ranges of human motion is one of the single most important aspects of any fitness regimen. Unfortunately, conventional fitness often ignores this critical aspect of one’s health.

Stretching won’t fix it, big-box gym machines won’t fix it, and overlooking the basic health of tendons, joints, and ligaments while continuing to “go hard” in the gym significantly increases the risk of injury; this means lost training time, and lost results.

In some ways, the internet has done wonderful things to enhance the quality of our lives. In other ways, not so much…

How awesome is it to carry a little device around in your pocket that allows you to find the answer to virtually any imaginable question at a moment’s notice? That is some Jetsons stuff right there!
