Like a most welcome oasis, we are a refuge from the otherwise monotonous world of ordinary fashion! Happily situated in our old renovated school building, the Wallingford Center, we celebrate the unique not only in our location, but in our one of a kind collection of lovely clothing and accessories. Our shop is bathed in natural, warming light from the tall classroom windows of yesteryear, and harbors treasures of design and beauty throughout. It is a wonderful place to come shop, a haven from the hectic, crowded, 'big chain dominated' world of holiday retail. Locally owned & operated for more than 30 years, we are a favorite of Seattle women who have shopped with us for years, as well as those who have just recently discovered us. Our building is blessed with Free Parking and hosts a number of lively & unique small businesses, as well as a children's preschool at one end, keeping it a peaceful, mixed use place to visit. During the holidays we decorate our shop & the building lovingly, with a delightful & classic festive atmosphere. This season we are a treasure chest of goodies to enjoy.... in addition, we are having a Special Promotion for our sister shop, Yazdi II. Our wonderful plus size boutique is almost 20 years old now and stocked full of great clothes & accessories this year, showcasing new lines & looks as we move forward. Nowhere in Seattle can you find such unique, quality specialty pieces for the larger woman. Yazdi II specializes in mostly natural fabrics( as does the missy side) and our customers love the fact that they can shop both sides when they come in with friends. We are truly full service! For the Holidays, Yazdi II is offering a 10% discount on all their clothing, including sale items. All purchases during this period, from now thru Sunday Dec. 13th, will qualify to enter a Grand Drawing for a $500 Gift Certificate (drawing to be held on Monday 12/14.)
