In honor of Earth Day it feels good to start with our personal foundations. Much like the roots of a tree, trusting the strong foundation of ourselves is the key to weathering the storms of life. Breath centered yoga and meditation, help us to better understand how the earth supports us and that we are all bonded to the world around us.
On Earth day, we are reminded to love our Mother Earth. I believe each one of us has the ability to expand our connection to the life force that sustains and nurtures us. And yes, when I'm feeling shakey or disconnected from this force, I personally have to do something different, breathe and move to get things flowing again.
