Living on the Edge. Every Friday, June 21 - October 29 #Building #LOTE #CommunityCall
Dear Edgeryders coming to Living on the Edge #3 in Matera,
Big big thanks to all of you helping build an epic event! A tweet, an email offering to help, a post on the Edgeryders platform introducing yourselves, nothing goes unnoticed, and as you can read below we already see results. Warm welcome to everyone who's new around here: Rita, Valentina, Ida, Francesca, Fabrizio and others.
Enjoy reading and I hope you fill yourselves with community love,
Noemi

Pick a team:

Many of us are volunteering to coordinate work around most tasks. There are teams on our 3 program tracks, on logistics & accommodation, preparing the venue, fundraising, in sum: anything you can think of. Now's the time to pick your team and see what a bunch of dedicated Edgeryders can do when we set our minds on something Â»

At popular request we've set up a wiki with short Q&A about Lote3. Don't hesitate to fill it in with your own dilemmas! Â»

CommunityCall
Every Friday we meetup online to chat about Lote preps and things everyone can help with. Drop by in the community hangout channel on
Friday, August 16th at 11AM CEST!

Need help! Building partnerships

Nadia is scouting for organisations that can potentially support or fund sessions at our event, but she needs more help to:
1. identify relevant organisations able to get involved starting now
2. prepare a relevant, personalized offer for organisation x
3. build a template with general offer that appeals to entities who come across Edgeryders by chance.

If you know of great people and organisations whom we can invite and you are up for representing Edgeryders in that space, also profile yourself as a resourceful networker, get in touch with Nadia!

Living on the Edge (LOTE) is a 4 day event in October 2013 where we learn how to build great things together and scale the impact of our projects. There’s never been anything like it and you can come, too!
LOTE is a no-spectator event. We keep LOTE free of charge so anyone can afford to attend, and participants are expected to contribute to building a meaningful and generative experience for everyone involved. Everyone can contribute something, whether it is curating a track at the event, facilitating a session, doing fundraising or social media outreach, making a video or helping to coordinate rideshares.
