Avoid being the next big data breach

To effectively manage risk, you must have visibility into your enterprise’s exposure, as well as an inventory of your sensitive data.
Over the past few years, over a quarter of a billion personal information records were exposed, primarily from data at rest. Sensitive data can be anywhere, and most organizations do not know where it resides. Your reputation is at risk when you have a data breach, making it critical to protect sensitive information. Sensitive Data Manager helps you take control and minimize the risk of data loss.
Perimeter security is often expensive and inadequate: data is most often leaked by methods not preventable at the perimeter. Accidental loss and theft of laptops and mobile devices and inadvertent misuse of sensitive data by employees cannot always be prevented via traditional DLP methods.

Identity Finder offers:

  • Proactive Protection: Prevent data leakage by finding personal information and performing remedial actions. Sensitive Data Manager discovers, classifies, re mediates and monitors sensitive data in the environment.
  • Complete Compliance: Generate audit reports for internal and regulatory mandates.
  • Total Control: Manage deployments from the console, or empower your users to be part of the solution via endpoints.

Know your data

Businesses run on vast amounts of data to support their endeavors. Legacy and historical data is often unstructured and in many file and image formats. Big data, cloud, and mobile device initiatives are exacerbating exposure. Compounding the issue, sensitive information is often camouflaged by irrelevant data. With Sensitive Data Manager, knowing your data becomes simple. By discovering and classifying your data, you are in a position to protect it.
