Quality Care is Safe Care!
As a child care business owner, I am sure that your #1 goal is to keep children in your care safe. Also, I want to inspire you to assure that your teachers also share that same goal. I have a sign posted near the staff break area that reads, " Quality Care is Safe Care." The sign also indicates a list of safety reminders for staff members and I require my staff to implement those safety tips.
However, one week prior to writing this e-newsletter, one of my staff members failed to assure that a child was safe and it prompted me to review my policies and to add child safety tips to my weekly meetings.
I also decided to post
Child Supervision Zone reminders throughout the facility and I am also sharing the form with you to post in your facility.
Download the form now. As child care business owners, we must never let our guard down when it comes to keeping children safe in our care!
Be sure to repost this e-Newsletter!!
