Spring is the perfect time of the year to take stock of what we have and what we need to throw away, but did you know that spring cleaning can also be good for your health? Thatâ€™s because so much of what we tend to keep is actually not good for us.

Woodland Ridge and Homestead Hospice are teaming up to offer a six-week support program. Based on Dr. Elizabeth Kubler-Rossâ€™s five stages of grief, our Anticipatory Grief Support program, is open to the general public as well as our families and friends.

Join us Monday mornings at 10 a.m. as Homestead Hospice Chaplain Katrina Lynch leads us in discussing and understanding the grief process. The program begins on June 6 and runs through July 18 (except for July 4^th).
