HCOA will be voting for two new board members during our Annual Meeting.

  • Please submit nominations by Saturday, October 30 with a brief description of yourself for the ballot.

VOTING
We are using electronic ballots this year to provide improved access for people who may not be able to attend the meeting in person.

The identifiable information that will be requested is to ensure that only eligible homeowners cast ballots.

If you own more than one lot, you may cast one ballot per lot (please indicate the lot number for each lot on the corresponding ballot).

You do not need to sign in with a google account to complete this survey, but you do need to provide an email address, where we will send a copy of your ballot.

  • The ballots and Zoom link will be sent via email on Tuesday, November 2. Ballots will be accepted until 7:30pm on November 10.  Results will be announced at the end of the Annual Meeting.
