The Architectural Review Committee has been fairly busy.
Lot 34, (K. Peterson) - Remodel proposal approved on 5/18/21.
Lot 29, (A. Gicqueau) - New - ARC and Board approved a variance for roof, siding & modular 2nd floor.. Awaiting final plans, deposit, other documents for final phase of review & approval.
Lot 15 (L. Margolis) - New - ARC is currently working on review of preliminary drawings

Fire & Weeds
In a holding pattern due to financial concerns and collaboration with Summit County regarding fire mitigation as well as noxious weed concerns. I would like to schedule another committee meeting in the next couple of weeks but nothing has been scheduled as of yet. I will reach out to the committee members next week. Thanks to all in advance for volunteering your time.
We had great attendance at our first meeting. We are very optimistic that we will be successful in producing governing docs that will satisfy all homeowners and the board. Neighborhood Summer Party
