Lets work together to keep Motor Avenue beautiful by caring for the trees along the street. Our Tree Planting Program has been a huge success thus far, and we want to keep the trees healthy. If there is a tree located near your business or residence, please take the time to water it. We greatly appreciate your help!

Palms Neighborhood Council Elections are coming up fast! If you are interested in running for an elected position you can file between March 4 and April 3. Please contact us at maia@motorassociation.org.

Woodbine Park is now open!

We are excited to announce that the newly renovated Woodbine Park is now open to the public. The park now features a garden for native plants, a spectacular new basketball court, and a brand new play structure for the children. Visit the park at Woodbine Street and Vinton Avenue today!

Get involved in the Palms Neighborhood Watch

The Neighborhood Watch is a crime prevention program which enlists the participation of residents in cooperation with local police to prevent and reduce crime in the Palms neighborhood. Sign up to volunteer and become an active participant in the prevention of crime in your area.
