FICPI Expecting High Turnout in Barcelona

FICPI's 15th Open Forum, to be held in the first week of November (5 - 8), 2014, is on track for a near-record number of delegates. Those delegates will take advantage of the opportunity to participate in  an intense educational and business program with engaging social and accompanying persons' events, while having the opportunity to discover or rediscover Barcelona's monumental sites and unique characteristics.

Registration for the Forum, based on registrations to date, is expected to exceed the numbers seen in Munich and Rome, and to approach or exceed the attendance at last year's meeting in Sorrento, providing all delegates with an opportunity to learn in the company of old and new friends, and an exceptional networking opportunity in an event attended by influential IP practitioners from around the world.

Among the social events, FICPI is particularly proud to be able to offer an exceptional, optional tour of the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi's immense, unfinished masterpiece, guided by the sculptor Etsuro Sotoo, who has been working on completing the basilica since 1978.

The Palau de la Musica Catalana, Barcelona's jewel of Art Nouveau architecture, will be the setting for an evening of sardanas, traditional Catalan music played on period instruments. And no trip to Barcelona in this World Cup year would be complete without soccer, so the optional Saturday excursion will take attendees to Camp Neu to learn about the history and secrets of the legendary Barça - and round things up with a taste of Spain's sparkling wines at the San Sadurnì cellars.

Don't miss this exceptional opportunity. Register now. You will find the Forum Brochure, Registration Form and information about the working program here
