Why veganism isn't just for January anymore

If the trends continue, people opting for plant-based diets are likely to make up a quarter of the British population in five years. By then about twice are likely to choose a primarily vegetarian diet with the occasional addition of meat or fish. That’s a huge cultural shift. Whether you have resolved to eat less meat or just feel you should be thinking more about this sort of thing, we can help.
And if you fancy trying a plant-based meal, have a look at the dishes and menus our catering manager Richard Amey has proposed.
