DC Jazz Jam

Don't miss our 3-year anniversary jazz jam extravaganza!

Sunday: DC Jazz Jam's 3-year Anniversary Bash!

Please join DC Jazz Jam as we celebrate the 3-year anniversary of our weekly jazz jam session with an extended session Sunday from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.  The original "Dahlak House Band" will be joined by some of the "Young Lions" of the DC jazz community as our special guests -- Elijah Balbed (tenor sax), J.S. Williams (trumpet), Corey Wallace (trombone), and emcee Aaron Myers.  Also hear the debut of the new DC Jazz Jam theme song, "18th Street Theme," written pianist Oren Levine, one of the newest regular members of the house band.  This is a jam session not to be missed!

No cover.  Musicians and jazz appreciators welcome.  Also enjoy great Eritrean food and our signature DC Jazz Jam cocktail, the Blue Monk.

Featuring the Dahlak House Band of:

Peter Runk - keys
Mark Caruso - guitar
Percy White - bass
Will Stephens - drums
