While our doors are shut...

and we miss you terribly, we've been very busy!

This special coronavirus edition of Finger on the Pulse shares with you:
* limited-time supporters’ offers
* our revamped online shop so you can still shop with us
* our YouTube channel with a bunch of home work-out videos made specially for you
* climbing related craft and wood-work ideas to keep you busy at home.

Supporters' Amazing Offers

Head to this section of our online store to buy a hugely discounted 50-visit pass or even a lifetime membership. You know you want to....

Online Store

We've moved the shop online, so you can click and collect or have us deliver to you. Not everything is online yet, so if you want something and can't see it in the store, send us an email and we'll get in contact to help you out.

Some great things to have at home are ropes (an awesome, multi-purpose training tool - think jump rope, hanging, climbing, gymnastics), slacklines (fun and a serious workout), hangboards, climbing holds and books.
Home work-outs

We've put together a bunch of workouts to help you with your training at home. Check them out at our YouTube channel. Then make sure you do them!
Climbing-related craft and woodwork

With some extra time at home, you might want to get started on some new projects.

Maybe it's time to sew yourself a new chalk bag. Or build a home bouldering wall (we are selling packs of 20 holds). If that project is a bit too big, how about constructing your own hangboard? If you have a rope that needs to be retired, maybe it's time to upcycle it into a rope mat.

If you have any other climbing related handicraft ideas, we'd love you to share them with us @pulseclimbing #pulseclimbing.

Thank you!

We have been overwhelmed by the generosity and support shown by our members and community. 80 members have chosen to continue their direct debit payments through our closure period (if you want to do so too, just complete this form). And the university's mountaineering club continues to pay for their Monday night club bookings. This was totally unexpected! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Our progress and plans

You may have seen some of our recent activities on Instagram or Facebook, including pressure cleaning the floor at Adamstown and stripping the whole wall at Warners Bay. We're re-painting at Gosford.

We've also been designing and making holds for you to use at home.

While we'd much prefer to have you with us, we're making good use of this time to make sure everything is in tip-top condition when it is safe for us to get together again.
