  • We have slept too long and allowed people with their own agenda into local elected positions.
  • Now it's your turn to stand up for freedom and run for these positions that are up for reelection in 2021.
  • You could potentially have the KCRCC weight behind your campaign, find out how to get it below.
  • A list of positions up for reelection in the Kootenai County area is below.

It's time to put YOUR name in the hat.

We have all been watching with bated breath about what's happening in the National elections, and we've all had those 'What if?' discussions that could easily drive us all crazy. There's too many possibilities to successfully play the 'What if?' game, and who knows how much will really effect us here in North Idaho. We just don't know.

One thing we do know, however, is whatever unconstitutional orders come out of Washington, DC we have a line of defense called the State of Idaho. If our State Representatives turn out to be neo-con RINOs and don't follow the US and Idaho Constitution, we have a second line of defense in our city and county officials. If our city and county officials don't follow their laws, along with the US and State Constitutions, then we have a third line of defense in our Sherriff. If our Sherriff doesn't go by the Constitutions then...well...we're all screwed.

If anyone else was thinking about 2020 while reading the above, we're all doing the same thing. :)

This is why it is SO important to get Conservative, like-minded people into these local positions because we don't know if and when we need to have their support against others. That's such a broad statement but we've been seeing this happen recently in this area with our city councils NOT standing up for the people and they've forgotten who elected them in the first place. Luckily we came to our senses right before the Kootenai County Sheriff election and voted in the most Constitutionally-focused person on the ballot.

Now it's time to focus on the other local positions that are up for reelection in this upcoming year. I have put together the below list of *most* of the positions up for reelection this year. If you, or anyone you know, want to run against the incumbents, you have a chance to have the full weight of the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee behind you. Email the KCRCC Vice Chair, Rob Barrans, and he will send you the questionnaire to start the vetting process for full KCRCC support. As we saw in the North Idaho College Board of Trustees race and the Kootenai-Shoshone Water Conservation District Supervisor race, once the KCRCC puts their weight behind a person, the chance of that person being elected is higher than that person running on his own.

Check out the list below - this is only a list of positions within the Kootenai County area - and if you find a position you like (and live in the correct area for the position), let's start the process to get elected today!
