Annual Sessions, July 18-20th, 2021
We plan to offer our Annual Sessions 100% online again this summer, but with a couple of new opportunities!

1. We will host “Watch Parties” in strategic Area Gatherings and local churches for each evening session, to allow for the potential of live interaction and personal fellowship (per state and regional guidelines).  We are working with local churches now to plan these special gatherings.  If you think that your congregation would like to host their own watch party, please let us know.

2. We will begin Yearly Meeting on Sunday morning (instead of Sunday evening), July 18, with a united "NWYM Worship Service" (experienced via video) in each of our churches and online!  This opening session will be offered during the regular worship time of each of our congregations, featuring our general superintendent, Dr. Jim Le Shana.  Here is an overview of the schedule
  • Sunday Morning Opening Session - Dr. Jim Le Shana (general superintendent)
  • Sunday Evening Missions Focus - Global Outreach and Evangelical Friends Missions
  • Monday Morning Devotions - Marbellys Diaz (Iglesia Amigos en Newberg y McMinnville)
  • Morning Business Session
  • Afternoon Equipping Workshops
  • Board Meetings
  • Monday Evening General Session - Dr. Thom Rainer (main speaker)
  • Tuesday Morning Devotion - Ashley Weinacht (recent graduate of Barclay College and member of Greenleaf Friends Church)
  • Morning Business Session
  • Afternoon Equipping Workshops
  • Board Meetings
  • Closing Session - Dr. Thom Rainer (main speaker)
Keep watching for more information about the workshops and other details!

Samuel School 2021
Students and adults are preparing for this upcoming retreat.  Please be praying for the individuals, even now, for this opportunity of spiritual growth.

The retreat will take place at Quaker Hill in McCall, Idaho from May 28-31st.
Evangelical Friends Mission (EFM) Children's Missions Focus
We are excited to announce our 2021 Children’s Mission Focus theme: From Seed to Harvest! Our theme verse is John 12:24-25 and our specially designed children's lessons will tell the story of how a Native American by the name of William Abel traded in his old life for a new life in Jesus Christ and in the process got connected to Evangelical Friends.

We will have our Children's Mission Focus lessons and other resources available by mid-May. These lessons are designed to be used anytime - whether for VBS this summer or as lessons later this or next year! You will be able to download them at when they are available.
