Midyear Board Meetings 2021
With continued concern for people's safety and wanting to allow adequate time to prepare, the Administrative Council has decided that Midyear Boards will be held virtually.  The dates for Midyear Boards are February 5-6, 2021.  Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks!
Wildfire Relief Continued
The Yearly Meeting office is continuing to act as the first point of contact for those who want to help Talent Friends Church after the devastating fire that swept through southern Oregon. There are three tangible ways we are asking you to consider helping:

1) RV or Motorhome - If you would be willing to donate a motorhome or RV (or let a family use it for a potentially long-term experience), please contact the NWYM office.
2) Financial Contribution - Please consider making a financial contribution through the NWYM Emergency Relief Fund (see link below) to help pay for some of the basic, immediate needs. We also anticipate some of the bigger expenses will be coming in the weeks and months ahead as people start to rebuild.

3) Volunteer Labor - We anticipate that there will be some needs for clean up and possibly some aspects of rebuilding, but it is too soon to know the details. Volunteers on Wheels (VOW) plans to be involved in this step of the process as we find out more information. Again, please let us know if you might be willing to serve and we will add you to our volunteer list.

Thank you for your continued care for our sister church and their needs. They hope to be a light for Jesus in their community, and these are some ways that we can help them, too. Please continue to pray for Talent Friends Church!

The goal is to increase monthly or regular ongoing commitments of giving for these ministries by $141,700 a year. You can be part of this effort by making a commitment to support as many of these ministries as the Lord leads you to support through your prayers, financial gifts, and encouraging words.
