SwapDrobe Clothing and Cycle Swap
Tuesday, April 21st
What better way to say "out with the old, in with the new" than a clothing and bike gear swaperoo? Join us with our friends from SwapDrobe the evening of Tues, April 21st at Bike Newport HQ. Pre-register online for $12 (or pay $15 day-of) and your ticket will include an all-you-can-fill bag, mingling, music, brews, light fare & raffles too!
You can drop off your donations at our office on Monday or Tuesday, 9am-5pm. Please call ahead of your arrival at (401) 619-4900. Don't let your closet look like this!
Ladies Night at the Bike Garage
Bike making some weird noises? Chain need some TLC after this tough winter? Brakes just not what they used to be? Celebrate the start of National Bike Month and come to the Bike Garage at Rogers High School on Mon, May 4th from 6-8pm. We'll help you make your bike love you, and you'll love your bike even more for loving you. Class is by women, for women. Minimum recommended donation: $5 for students, $15 for adults - all proceeds go to Bike Newport's educational programs. Space is limited! Email Liza to reserve your spot.

2nd annual "TOUR DE JONQUILLES" Daffodil Ride
Saturday, April 18th, 1:30pm
Get up close and personal with the 385,000 daffodils planted throughout Newport on this daffy bike ride supporting the Daffodillion project! Join us on a tour of the plantings, a tour of the gardens at the Hillside private estate, and end up at the Ballard Park â€œBouquet Barâ€ and Flower Market where live music and nearly 20,000 daffodils will greet us. 4 Bridges Ride
Saturday, May 2nd, 7am
The 4 Bridges Ride is looking for up to ten experienced bicyclists to provide ride support along the route. You'll receive a complimentary registration, or a refund if you've already registered. Contact Liza if interested!.

Group Ride Season is starting! Join the planning committee by emaillng Liza. The first meeting is Tuesday, May 5th from 5:30-7:30pm at 437 Broadway.
Meanwhile, continue to use Bike Newport HQ as a meeting place - show up Saturdays at 9:15am at 437 Broadway and see who's up for a ride. Roll out at 9:30.
