Upcoming Meetings and Events:

Tuesday, February 11:
Bike Newport Community Meeting

This month's theme: Events! Bike Flick Night, Bike Newport Night and Bike to Work Day are all on the horizon - come help plan! Meeting at 435 Thames St, 8:00 - 9:00 am.
Tuesday, March 11:
Bike Flick Night at the Jane Pickens Theater

Rising From Ashes tells the story of two worlds colliding when cycling legend Jock Boyer helps a group of struggling genocide survivors pursue their dream of a national bike team. Thanks to our friends at the Jane Pickens Theater & Event Center for screening this acclaimed and inspiring film! And for donating a portion of the ticket price to Bike Newport. Ride your bike to the JPT and follow the Bike Parking sign to the bike rack crafted from an antique gate on the side of the JPT.
Wednesday, March 19:
Bike Newport Night 2014:
Join us for the best mid-winter party in town!

Mark your calendar for the 3rd annual Bike Newport Night on Wednesday, March 19th, 6:00-9:00 pm at the fabulous Midtown Oyster Bar! Rad entertainment by Pier Jump and Los Duderinos! Delicious appetizers provided by Midtown! A host of fun raffles and a super silent auction.

The best part? Every penny raised will fund portable, high capacity BIKE RACKS – you know Newport needs them! We intend to raise enough money to support up to 1,000 bikes at events citywide.

Come out to party for bikes! For more information and to learn how you can donate a raffle or silent auction item, click here.
