         Yavneh Welcomes Rabbi Elchanon Shoff

Rabbi Elchanan Shoff, a Yavneh graduate originally from Venice CA, is Rabbi of the Beis Knesses at Faircrest Heights (formerly LINK East Shul) a new community pushing the borders of the Pico Robertson neighborhood eastward that he opened just over a year ago. He is the author of Vaani Bahashem Atzapeh (Jerusalem 2010) in Hebrew on Tehillim, Birchasa Vishirasa (Jerusalem 2012) in Hebrew on Meseches Brachos, and Paradise: Breathtaking Strolls Through the Length and Breadth of Torah (Jeruslaem 2012, Urim Publications). Rabbi Shoff studied in Waterbury CT, and the Mir Yeshiva, and served as a shoel umayshiv in the Mir yeshiva, a lecturer for Aish Hatorah, and most recently a Rebbe in Rabbi Shmuel Brazils Yeshiva in Jerusalem, Zeev Hatorah.
