Welcome to the Samaritans Monthly Newsletter
Every month we'll be delivering the latest Samaritans news and updates straight to your inbox. This month we're looking ahead to World Mental Health Day, and promoting Wellbeing in the City, our free e-learning tool designed to help people become better listeners at work. We're already gearing up to make Brew Monday 2019 bigger and better than ever before, and you can now enter our 2018 Christmas raffle.

World Mental Health Day

Wednesday 10 October is World Mental Health Day, and we'll be joining thousands of people across the globe in calling for change, reflecting on progress made and showing support for better mental health. Across our website we have some brilliant ideas to help you, along with your friends, family and colleagues, become better listeners, including how to make a good job of mental health at work and our SHUSH listening tips.

Creating better listeners at work

To coincide with World Mental Health Day, we're highlighting our Wellbeing in the City e-learning tool, which is designed to help people manage their own emotional health and look out for others at work. We want to create workplaces where employees feel supported and where no one has to cope alone.
