Full Awareness: zest for life
(www.joehoare.co.uk - great new video on the homepage, and a recent interview about the Bristol Laughter Club in 'about: links & articles')
Here we all were, at the AATH (Association for the Application of Therapeutic Humor) conference in Philadelphia last month. Yes, there's a place for 'zest for life' here too. Wonderful group. In the workshop we explored lots about how smiling practices and the smiling mindset change lives. They bring hope, give inspiration, make us mindful, and boost optimism & resilience. (Listen to a sample from the Inner Smile exercise)
