Qigong, Our Natural Environment & Pope Francis

Qigong study and practice inherently supports us in activating an inner awareness of our deep connection to the natural world. Meet Nancy Brady: Qigong Dovetails Beautifully

This month we are delighted to have Nancy Brady share her qigong journey with us. It is always a joy to see her smiling face in our practice sessions. We deeply appreciate her grounded presence and wisdom.

Message from Martha:

The summer break has been a very nourishing and creative time for me. There have been many days of precious unstructured time. This has allowed space to re-invigorate my personal practice, play more with my grandchildren, participate in events I have been drawn to and rest when I feel like it. Now I look forward to getting back to our classes and workshops on August 15. I hope you all are having a beautiful summer. See you soon!
