A Successful Re-Open!
Last week we re-opened our Sunday gathering after not meeting together for 6 months, and 80 people showed up. It was so great to see so many of you again! We sang with masks on, enjoyed some visiting, celebrated a baptism, and it was so nice to have an audience to engage with during my message. The whole experience was different, but it was great.
For those who are looking to return to in-person gatherings, I want to ask you to visit our website where we have posted all the details for you to be aware of before you attend in-person. Click on the "WE'RE BACK!" logo to be directed to the In-Person Guidelines. And, again, if you don't feel comfortable participating in-person, we will live stream our gathering at 11:00am on Sunday morning. You will see everything that happens, as it happens!
If you are a part of the church family, I want to ask you to pray for our guests who are engaging live, and online. It was so great to see some first-time guests at our first gathering in a long time! Please pray that God would use our church family to point our city to Jesus Christ.
Before I sign off, I want to say a huge thank you to Al Belmore, Eric Williams, and Brett MacKenzie. For the last 6 months, these 3 guys put in an unbelievable number of hours every week to ensure that you had an online gathering to participate in. We could not have done it without them. And now, they continue to work to make sure we have a live stream available of our in-person Sunday gatherings. Al, Eric, and Brett... your church family thanks you!
Can't wait to see you live or online this Sunday!
