A weekly dose of inspirational stories about women in tech
Each issue will include stories about women in tech who are doing amazing and inspiring work. It will also include tips, advice and resources on coding for those who are just getting started.

I'm having one of those weeks where nothing is going as planned 🙃. It's hard but I'm trying to get through the week and remind myself of the positive things that are happening and not dwell on just the negative things.

How are things going for you? Reply and let me know!

Words of Wisdom: Advice from Women in Tech 🙏

"You might not dislike coding. You might just dislike the work you’re doing for the company you work for or project you’re on. Find something that interests you that you’d like to contribute to building before resentment kicks in." - Pariss Athena, Front End React/React Native dev, Creator of #BlackTechTwitter & #BlackTechPipeline discord [Read more]
"...the tools you love don’t always work. My tool was always pushing through. No matter what the challenge was, you put your head down and push until you win. That was always what worked for me. But then it stopped working. Accepting that and ceding control to something else was terrifying for me, but it allowed me the opportunity to grow as a person and an entrepreneur. It gave me a chance to try a new tool that ultimately helped my business as much as it’s helped me."  - Saron Yitbarek, CEO and founder of CodeNewbie [Read more]
